Anja Rubik - Fashiongonerogue
Vogue Paris has this special theme, trend, atmosphere and lifestyle. Short cut pants, pantyhose, big jackets with roitfield and alt accents. Every magazine has its own, and so Vogue Paris is chic and rocky, arrogant but spiritual and the whole world is adapting this style. I am waiting for a magazine with it's own, something like Love, Gentlewoman, but then in Dutch! I think the Dutch readers, and especially those who are addicted to fashion and art, are done with the commercial titles, general-interest and glossy/celebrity magazines. We want something out of the ordinary, something that triggers our attention again and can make us addicted and eager for the next issue.

The GentleWoman magazine
News couldn't hit me better today, or the stands. The GentleWoman magazine is out, I did not spot it in Amsterdam yet, but for sure I'm putting up my reservations at the bookstand tomorrow! The GentleWoman is the female version of Fantastic Man, and since I'm probably their biggest fan, it is now on my wish list and soon going to be part of my magazine collection. If only because of their inspirational art-direction, its minimalism which emphasizes its beauty and of course exclusive in-depth articles. A quick preview on some GentleWoman spreads:

Chanel comes with an iPhone APP in the form of a slot-machine-game so you can "play to discover the latest Chanel accessories." Cute! [Only if I had a Iphone and not a BB, but still in love with my Bold, so..]

Maybe I should also start a month of 'wearables' could be interesting, especially according to my Glamour Colleagues! Well.. we will see.
