Preview shoot: Nature's Child

This weekend I had another photoshoot with photographer/model Mick de Lint. This time our concept was based on the scandinavian atmosphere and the light color pallette we see at the collections for next spring/summer. This in combination with all Dutch design and an incredible landscape was a marvelous day with huge outcome. So here's a preview to that. Shopping: Winter warm

Inspired, like always, by the Isabel Marant collection; This winter everyone is digging the Navajo prints and hand woven Kiboots as if we're all indians. Nothing wrong with an enormous warm coat, knee-high boots and wool sweaters I think. Mix it with some leather pants or shots and tights and you are ready for the upcoming freezing season.

One of my favorite models from 2010/2011 is deffinately Jacquelyn Jablonski. Not only does she remind me of actress Carice van Houten and Oliva Wilde, but she has this refined beauty to her. The fraggles, the dark thick long brown hair, the bone structure, everything about her I love.
