Treasur Island. A beautiful shop, 'hidden' on a big street in Amsterdam. Many times I had spotted this shop and its fashionable yet vintage window from the tram when going home. Being two stops before mine, I really had to take the time to finally step on my bike and stop over to discover what was inside.
Jutka & Riska are two sisters who initiated this shop, which is like stepping into a world of (very fashionable, vintage and urban) barbie, with many treasures to be found. When you enter, you will see, that you want have everything and want to look everywhere. Jutka & Riska sell a wonderful combination of secondhand- and new brand clothing. Next to this, they also produce some garments themselves in the back of the shop, for example comfortable t-shirt dresses and stripes shirts with applications, and most important it is all AFFORDABLE! In every corner you can find a hidden necklace, look-a-like Hermes bag or an amazing vintage pump, so take your time for this amazing spot!
